Vegetable Daliya khichdi
Steps

Take Daliya and moong dal, rinse and keep aside.

Finely chop all veggies,onion and tomato. Take cumin seeds and pepper ready.

Take a pressure cooker, add washed daliya, moong dal, cumin seeds, pepper and ginger add four cups of water. Then add chopped vegetables.

Add split green chillies, ghee, turmeric powder,salt mix well. Add lemon juice,give a nice mix.

Keep a cooker on medium heat for four whistle. Let it pressure release. Open the lid. Khichidi is ready.

Mix well with spatula. Check the salt. If khichidi is thick, add little more hot water and mix well. Super tasty khichdi is ready to serve.

Transfer the Daliya khichdi to a serving bowl. Very tasty khichdi is ready. Serve it hot.
