Sauté the chicken in 3 tablespoons of oil. Add the vegetables, salt, black pepper, and a little ras el hanout. Sauté for 2 minutes. Add the lentils and 1 teaspoon dried mint, and cook for another 2 minutes.

In another pot, heat a little oil. Add the grated tomatoes, tomato paste, 1 teaspoon dried mint, and a little black pepper, red pepper, and curry powder. Stir and cook until the tomatoes are done. Then add hot water, the vegetables, and lentils. Let everything cook together.

Once the tomato sauce is ready, set it aside. When the vegetables are cooked, blend them and mix with the tomato sauce. If the soup is too thick, add hot water until you reach the desired consistency.

Serve in a bowl with a sprinkle of chopped parsley. Mix well before eating.
