Steps

Boil the ramen noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside. Roughly pound the dried chilies and garlic together.

Heat a pan over medium heat and add a little oil. Add the bacon and cook until golden. Add the pounded chilies and garlic, and stir-fry until fragrant. Add the shrimp and mussels.

Add the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and a pinch of sugar. Stir to combine, then add the cooked ramen noodles.

Stir-fry everything together, then add the holy basil leaves. Turn off the heat.

Serve immediately.
