Ingredients

Serves 1 serving
  1. 1 packinstant ramen noodles
  2. 5shrimp
  3. 6 mussels
  4. Bacon, as desired
  5. 8-10 dried chilies
  6. 1 head garlic
  7. 1 tablespoon oyster sauce (15 ml)
  8. 1 tablespoon soy sauce (15 ml)
  9. A pinch of granulated sugar
  10. 1 cup fresh holy basil leaves (about 20 grams)

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Boil the ramen noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside. Roughly pound the dried chilies and garlic together.

    Heat a pan over medium heat and add a little oil. Add the bacon and cook until golden. Add the pounded chilies and garlic, and stir-fry until fragrant. Add the shrimp and mussels.

    Add the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and a pinch of sugar. Stir to combine, then add the cooked ramen noodles.

    Stir-fry everything together, then add the holy basil leaves. Turn off the heat.

    Serve immediately.
