Boil lobia for 5 whistle. All vegeis cut into small pieces.

In serving bowl add lobia and all vegeis one by one. Now add lemon juice and honey.

After that add dry spices, toss it gently. At last add peanut and grated coconut.

Garnish with coriander leaves. A healthy and tasty power pack salad is ready.

Kids enjoy it very much. Even all family like it so much.
