Add all of your ingredients to your bread machine, allow the machine to make your dough and proof it. Should take about 1 hour 30 minutes

If doing it by hand, mix all the ingredients together. dry ingredients first, make a well in the middle and pour in your yeast and water and mix until a dough forms. Knead on a flour surface with your hands until smooth and leave to proof in a Warm place for an hour.

Divide your dough in half and roll out your baguette shapes.

With a Sharp knife, slice diagonally through the top of the dough (decoration) and leave to proof once more for 30 minutes In a warm place.

Fill a dish of water and pop into the oven underneath where your baguettes will go. Spray some oil on top of your baguettes and Bake them at 220c for 18-20 minutes or until golden and are hollow when tapped. Enjoy 😍
