This quick & easy raw Mango chutney is a summer staple you can try. This a perfect side to perk up any dish.

Firstly wash & peel off raw mangoes.(Kairy). Grate them.

In a bowl transfer grated raw mangoes. Now add all above ingredients. ie. Dry coconut, Asafoetida, turmeric, methi dana, red chili powder, jaggery powder. etc.Combine & mix all ingredients well.

Cover the mixture & let it sit about minimum 15-20 min. I tasted it & added red chili powder 1 tsp more into it.

After 20 min, it releases moisture. Transfer the mixture into mixer jar. Grind well. Transfer ready sweet tangy chutney into glass container. It can be stored into freeze for a couple of days.
