Katla Cauliflower Curry

Marinade Katla fish with little salt + turmeric powder and marinade for 10 minutes.

Assemble ingredients, steam Cauliflower florets till 60 % and keep aside.

Fry marinaded Fish till golden brown and keep aside.

Fry potato slices for few minutes. Add Cauliflower florets and fry till golden brown. Keep aside.

In heated pan add Oil, allow to heat, add bay leaf + cumin seeds and allow to crackle. Add chopped Tomatoes + green chilli and sauté for few seconds, add all spices except garam masala powder and sauté till spices leaves oil.
Add water + salt and give rolling boil.
Boil for 2-3 minutes. - 6
Add fish pieces + potato + cauliflower florets + sugar + garam masala powder and cook for 3-4 minutes. Lastly add chopped Coriander + Ghee and cook for few seconds, switch off flame.

Dish is done. Serve with hot steamed Rice.
