  • 1.1 lbsshrimp (about 500 g)
  • 4garlic cloves
  • Salt
  • 2dried red chili peppers
  • 1 sprigfresh parsley
  • 3/4 cupolive oil (about 200 ml)

    Peel the shrimp.

  2. 2

    Slice the garlic cloves.

  3. 3

    Heat the olive oil in a pan. When hot, add the sliced garlic and chili peppers. Once the garlic is lightly golden, add the shrimp and parsley. Cook for 5 minutes, then serve.
