Mix seasonings in a bowl.

Roll out pie sheet to 3 mm thickness.

Cover with a bowl or something similar and cut into rounds.
Make another one of these.

Spread sauce on the pizza dough.

Top with basil, prosciutto and melted cheese.

Layer another pie sheet.

Close the perimeter by pressing down with a fork.

Place the cup in the center and make 16 equal radial cuts.

Twist one slice at a time.

Place on a cookie sheet and top with sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds.

Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 20 minutes.

Garnish with basil to complete the dish.
