Heat the milk on medium flame.Add the sugar and boil till sugar is dissolved.

Mix the cornflour in 2 tablespoons of milk. Add the cornflour slurry in milk slowly and stir continuously till it makes a thick smooth paste.cool down this mixture.

Add the chilled Malai and saffron syrup. Whisk 10 second.

Add the Mango 🥭 pulp and mix well.

Add the 3 tablespoon Alphanso 🥭 pieces and mix well. Keep the mixture in the freezer for 30 minutes.

Ready delicious, healthy mouth watering. ALPHANSO MASTI DESSERT Garnish with Alphanso 🥭 pieces and dryfruit pieces and serve chilled.
