Petha
This is known as Aagra petha. It's very popular sweet in Aagra.
Steps

Take Ash gourd and Peelit and then make pieces like below. Wash all pieces and make prick with help of pork.

Take 1 liter water add in it limestone Take Ash gourd and Peelit and then make pieces like below. Wash all pieces and make prick with help of pork.(chuna) and let it dissolved in water properly and then add this gourd pieces in it and keep them in water for at least 12 hours.

Take out all gourd pieces and wash each piece properly with water.Take 1liter water add this gourd pieces in it and cook for 20 minutes on high flame till become transparent.Then drain it completly.

Take pan add sugerand same amount of water heat it after sugar melt add in it above gourd pieces,kesar stick and contuniously stearing cook on high flame till surup become thick. Keep this pieces in surup for 6/7 hours.

After this again cook petha in syrup till surup become thick.Let then cool and then take out petha pieces and drain them.

Keep them under the fan and let them dry.Agra Petha are ready to eat.
