Poha Cutlets

Steps

Soak 1 cup poha in water, wash well and drain all the water. Keep aside

In a bowl add poha, add chopped capsicum, grated carrot, crushed green chilli ginger, finely chopped coriander leaves, all powdered masala, salt to taste. Mix all Ingredients well. Add gram flour and rice flour. Mix well without adding water and form a dough.

Apply oil to hands and take lemon size balls and flatten it into desired shape.

Heat oil in a frying pan and add the cutllets one by one into hot oil and fry till golden brown.

Serve hot with tomato ketchup or chutney or any dip of your choice.
