Mango mysore pak
Steps

Take two ripe mangoes,peel off the skin and cut into small pieces.

Take a mixer jar,add the Mango pieces,make it a nice puree. Then keep ready Ghee, chickpea flour, and sugar to make mysore pak.

Keep a nonstick pan on low flame, add sugar and mango puree, mix well. Sugar should melt, mix continuously until mango puree becomes thick.

Now add the chickpea flour and ghee to the sugar and mango puree, mix continuously. It will take 45 to 50 minutes.

Once the ghee leaves the edges, mango puree and chickpea flour mix comes together,remove and pour into the greased tray. Let it cool for five minutes.

Turn the try downward, it will come out. Then cut into pieces.

Transfer to the serving plate. The tasty soft ghee mango mysore pak is ready to taste. Enjoy the yummy mango mysore pak.
