  • 1 cupragi flour
  • 1 cupsuji
  • Half cuprice flour
  • 1 cupDahi
  • 1 tspcumin seeds
  • Pinchasafoetida
  • leavesCoriander
  • 1 tspsalt
  • Half cup chopped onion
  • 1 tspchopped green chilli
  • 2 tbspoil
  • 2 cupswater

    Soak rice flour for half an hour and add suji, salt and dahi.

    Mix the mixture and add, asfotida, cumin seeds,onion, chillies and coriander leaves.

    Heat the skillet and add some oil, gradually pour the batter, and cook both sides in a low flame
