  • 250 gramsbhindi
  • 1 tsp besan
  • 1 tsprice flour
  • 1/2 tsphaldi
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp dhania jeera powder
  • 1/2 tspchaat masala
  • Salt to taste
  • Lemon juice
  • Oil for frying

    Wash and dry bhindi and slit into thin slice.

    Now add all dry masala, besan and rice with lemon juice in it.Mix properly.
