Wash and boil potatoes in a cooker by making 4 whistles. Let it cool. Peel potatoes and mash it properly.

To make coarse paste, add green chilli, ginger, curry leaves, garlic cloves and green coriander in a mixture jar. Grind it

Heat 2 tsp oil in a kadai, add mustard seeds and asafoetida. Add coarsely grinded paste and saute it for 2 minutes.

Add turmeric powder, mix it well.add mashed potatoes. Give a nice mix.

Add Salt, lemon juice, sugar and garam masala. Mix all ingredients properly. Stuffing is ready. Let it cool.

For paratha dough, Take whole wheat flour in a bowl, add pinch of salt, 1/4 cup oil for moyan, make soft dough by adding 1 cup or required water.

Now take potato mixture and make pattice type. Make ball size from dough. Make small paratha on rolling board put mixture on paratha.

Cover from all sides and remove excess dough. Again role paratha carefully.

Heat tawa and roast paratha with oil or butter. Roast both sides. Whole wheat flour stuff paratha is ready to serve.

You can enjoy with green coriander chutney and red garlic chutney.
