Beetroot Flavored Ragi and Oats Roti

Arranged all ingredients. In a bowl add ragi and oats flour, add cumin seeds, turmeric powder, chilli powder, salt. Mix them. Add chopped onion, grated beetroot and 1tsp oil in the flour and mix all ingredients well.

Add some water and mix well. Make a dough. Cover and keep aside for 5 minutes.. Take a small portion from the dough make ball and dust some flour on rolling board and roll it like roti.(Don't roll it thick because it takes more time to cook and become dry.) Place the roti on preheated tawa cook few seconds.

When it cook from bottom side flip it and cook from other side. Cook it well from both side by flipping it. When it cooked apply ghee on top.

Make all rotis. Serve it with any sabzi or curd.
Tips
After cooking must apply ghee on top
