Ingredients

  1. 1 cupfoxtail millet
  2. 1 cupyellow moong dal
  3. Half cup white urad dal
  4. 1 tbspmethi seeds

    Mix and wash and rinse all 2 to 4 times. Soak overnight and blend smooth in batches then keep it in hot place for 3 to 4 hours for fermentation

    Make heavy cast iron pan really hot. Then low down flame and grease with oil and remove excess oil with tissue or cloth. Just grease not make it oily

    Spread fermented batter on pan and smoothly slowly move spatula round repeatedly to make round dosa

  4. 4

    Keep flame high now and turn the side and spread any mixture. I used potato mixture for traditional style. Usually I use mix sauteed veggies for filling

    Enjoy best version of dosa
