Ingredients

3 cup
  1. 1 cupboiled and fermeted rice
  2. 3 tablespooncurd
  3. 1/2 cupthick rice water
  4. 2 teaspoonsgrated raw mango
  5. 2 tablespoononion 🧅 pieces
  6. 2 tablespooncoriander leaves
  7. Salt asper taste
  8. For Tadka
  9. 1 tablespoonmustard oil
  10. 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  11. 1 teaspoonmustard seeds
  12. Pinchhing
  13. 2red chilli
  14. 2green chilli pieces
  15. 10curry patta leaves
  16. 1 teaspoongrated ginger

Cooking Instructions

    Cook the rice in 4 cup water. When rice is cooked drain the water and keep aside.

    Cool down rice at room temperature. Add the curd and rice water. Mix well and keep aside for 3 hours for fermeted.

    After fermentingrice add the grated ginger and mango.Mixwell.

    Heat the mustard oil on medium flame.Addthe cumin seeds, mustard seeds,hing,dry red chilli.

    When mustard seeds are cracked add the green chilli and curry leaves and pour on the rice.

    Garnish with onion pieces and coriander leaves and serve. A Very healthy tasty PAKHALA BHATA is ready.
