#CA2025 Jowar roti (Flaten bread) with dil sabji ,with skin moong dal tasty and healthy .
Cooking Instructions

Take big plate add jowar flour add water and knead a soft dough.and take one small piece of dough and make a flaten bread or bhakari.heat a tawa and add bake bhakari on tawa.

After 1 minute turn on other side and bake both side.your Jowar bhakri is ready.

Dil sabji heat a pan add oil once oil hot add mustard seeds,when it’s cracked add cumin seed add chopped garlic and soute it.

Add chopped dill soute it for 30 seconds,add soaked moong dal,crushed peanuts and mix it well,add salt,turmeric,and red chilli powder and mix it well.cover it for 1 minute.

Stir it again.ready your dill sabji,in serving plate add bhakri,dill sabji with white onion and pickle and serve it.enjoy Jowar flatbread and sabji.
