This is traditional Odisha dish mostly prepare in summer season. It is cool and light dish eat in summer .
Steps

Take all ingrediant. Rice must be soft cook and late it cool.Mostly Odishi people cook rice at night and add water in it and then keep it over night.But you can prepare this dish by taking fresh cook rice but late it cool completly.

Take rice add in it curd and mix it well.Then add water up to rice deep in it properly.

Then add chopped onion and coriander leaves and mix it well.

Take Tadaka pan pour oil in it after heated add muster seeds after they cracks add green chilli, curry leaves and asafoetida off the gas and then add grated ginger mix it and let it cool.Then add this in above rice and mix it well.

Pakhala bhat is ready to served. Garnish with lime slice and coriander leaves.
