Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 1.5 cupboiled black chickpea
  2. 1chopped small onion
  3. 1/2chopped tomato
  4. 1 teaspoonchaat masala
  5. Salt as per taste
  6. For Dressing
  7. 3 tablespooncurd
  8. 1 tablespooncoriander leaves
  9. 1green chilli
  10. 2 teaspoonchaat masala
  11. Salt as per taste
  12. For Garnish
  13. Red chilli powder / flakes

Steps

40 minutes
  1. 1

    Take a mixer jar. Add curd, coriander leaves, green chilli pieces, chaat masala and salt. Blend smooth. You can add paneer pieces also if you wish to.

    Take a bowl. Add boiled black chickpea, chopped onion and tomato. Mix it well. Now add ready curd dressing and mix well.

    At the time of serving Sprinkle red chilli flakes or powder on the salad and serve it.
