Ingredients

  1. 4boiled eggs
  2. Half cup curd
  3. 1onion Chopped
  4. 1tomato Chopped
  5. 1 tablespoonginger garlic paste
  6. Half teaspoon turmeric powder
  7. Half table spoon salt
  8. 1 tablespoongaram masala
  9. 2bay leaves
  10. 2star flower
  11. 4Elaichi
  12. 2 tablespoonoil
  13. 8-10cashews
  14. 2 tablespoonchopped coriander

Cooking Instructions

    First of all take pan on medium flame and add oil in it then add chopped onion and tomato, ginger, garlic and cashew.soute it after 5-7minutes all steamed portion make it cool then grind it finely.

    After grinding add oil in kadhai. then add bay leaves,star flower, dalchini in oil.fry the masala then add hung curd in it. then add other spices like red chilli powder, garam masala, turmeric powder salt in it.

    Mix it well.simultaneusly in another kadai fry boiled eggs and add in curry and then serve with bread, chapati or bhakri also.
