Ingredients

45 minutes
  1. 1 cuprice flour
  2. 1 1/4 cupwater
  3. Salt to taste
  4. 1 tspoil
  5. For stuffing
  6. 5boiled potatoes
  7. 1/4 tspgaram masala
  8. 1/2 tspchat masala
  9. 1/4 tsphing
  10. 1/4 tspdry mango powder
  11. Salt to taste
  12. 1/4 tsproasted cumin seeds powder
  13. 3 tspfinely chopped coriander leaves
  14. 1/4 tspgreen chilli paste
  15. 1/4 tspginger paste
  16. 1/4 tspred chilli powder
  17. 4 tsptandoori Mayonnaise
  18. 4 tspwhite mayonnaise

Cooking Instructions

45 minutes
  1. 1

    In a pan boil water.add salt and oil.boil for 5 minutes and add rice flour.mix well.rest for 5 minutes.mix and knead well.

    Rest for 5 minutes..Take ballof flour roll it with rice flour.saute on medium heat on tawa.

    It will rise itself.

    Make this way all pathiri.

    For potato stuffing :: mashed potatoes and add all masalas.mix well.ready the stuffing.spread both mayonnaise sauce.put stuffing on half.

    Fold in half.put ghee and saute on low flame on both sides.

    Serve hot with tomato ketchup.or white and tandoori Mayonnaise.It is very tasty.
