Firstly, soak fava beans overnight m

Boil beans for 6-8 whistles or until tender.

Now, take a mixture grinder add roasted peanuts, garlic cloves, lemon juice, tomatoes and salt. Make a smooth paste.

Add this paste in cooked fava beans and give a good mix.

Add chopped onion and cook it for 5 minutes.

Finally, add olive or sesame oil, cumin powder and red chilli powder and mix well.

Garnish it with chopped salad and olives. Serve it with pita bread or pav.
