Instant Pot Rice

This is a very delicious way to eat rice. We enjoy making rice with the Instant Pot and it’s so much easier than making it on the hob - having to turn it down, covering it, and making sure it’s on the right temperature or else you end up with hard rice.
Delicious with our:
Basic Hummus Roasted Sweet Potato and Onion (Great Accompaniment for Soups!)
Our favourite Tofu in Sauce
