Cooking Instructions

Wash and Soak Kala chana for 6 hours. Boil properly in a cooker by adding 2 Cup of water and pinch of salt.

Boil raw peanuts. Crush green chilli and ginger.

Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, asafoetida, curry leaves and saute it well. Add turmeric powder.

Sieve kala chana from the cooker and add in a pan. Add salt, cumin coriander powder, salt,and mix it properly. Add lemon juice.

Add boiled peanuts. Mix it well. Add chopped green coriander.

Add pomegranate seeds, mix all the ingredients well. Kala chana healthy breakfast is ready to serve.
