First, drain all vegetables except spinach. Place them in a microwave-safe bowl with 1/4 cup water, salt, and pepper, then microwave for 1 minute.

Separately, In 1 pan mix curd, gram flour and spices. Add 2 glass of water and blend with a hand mixer. Finally, mix in the spinach and tomatoes.

Heat oil in a pot. Once the jeera splutter, sauté the ginger-chilli-garlic paste. Now add asafoetida, followed by the curd mixture. Stir continuously u till it boils...... now mix lemon juice in it.

Now add the microwave-cooked vegetables along with their water. Once it becomes little thick, turn off the heat and enjoy your hot.... hot... MIX VEGGIES PANJABI KADHI
