Ingredients

10 minutes
2 people
  1. 2 slicessourdough bread
  2. 1 tablespoonsunflower seeds
  3. 2 tablespoonspesto
  4. 6-7mozzarella pearls
  5. 6-7cherry tomatoes
  6. 1small handful arugula
  7. 1 teaspoonolive oil

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Toast the sourdough slices and place on a plate

  2. 2

    Roast sunflower seeds in the olive oil till you get a nutty aroma (1 minute or so)

  3. 3

    Slice the cherry tomatoes in half

  4. 4

    Apply pesto on the both slices of bread

  5. 5

    Sprinkle some roasted sunflower seeds on the top of the pesto

  6. 6

    Arrange mozzarella pearls and cherry tomatoes on top of the sunflower seeds as you wish

  7. 7

    Sprinkle arugula on top

  8. 8

    Serve immediately! Enjoy
