Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 4salmon filets
  2. 2 clovegarlic (chopped)
  3. 1/2green pepper (chopped)
  4. 1/2red pepper (chopped)
  5. 1/2onion (sliced vertically)
  6. ground black pepper
  7. sea salt
  8. 4 tbspfreshly squeezed lemon juice
  9. 1/4 stickunsalted butter
  10. 1/2 cupwater

  1. 1

    Season each filet (skin side down) with sea salt, and black pepper. Add other seasonings as you like.

  2. 2

    Cover each filet with one tablespoon of lemon juice

  3. 3

    Cover salmon with plastic wrap and refrigerate for fifteen minutes to marinate

  4. 4

    Heat large skillet on medium high heat and add butter to melt.

  5. 5

    Once butter melts, add salmon fillets (skin down) to skillet spaced evenly.

  6. 6

    Add to skillet

  7. 7

    Turn heat down medium low; cover skillet with foil and cook for five minutes

  8. 8

    Uncover skillet and turn salmon; cook for five to six minutes.

  9. 9

    Remove and plate salmon. Place the juices and cooked garnishes over salmon.
