    Soak fish in olive oil, butter and lemon juice. 1 hour or more

    Sprinkle with lemon pepper and pepper powder

  3. 3

    Combine melted butter and olive oil. Drizzle on fish. Top with garlic

  4. 4

    Add sliced lemons and bake for 20 minutes. Oven at 175 degrees

  5. 5

    Might be better without garlic.... Up to your taste
