Take all ingredients together. Wash and chop all the veggies. In a mixing bowl add all the chopped veggies. Add salt, pepper and mixed herbs. Mix it well.

Spread tomato ketchup over chapati and all chopped veggies.

Now, top it with grated cheese. Put on heated pan. Cover and cook for 4 to 5 minutes for cheese to melt and chapati to turn crispy.
