First, heat the oil in a wok/ Kadhai or fry pan. While the oil is heating, cut the idly into small cubes.

Add tempering of all the seeds, Daals hing, curry leaves and saute well.

Add the chopped idly pieces and mix well. Add the idli podi and seasonings. Add some water, cover and let it steam for 2 minutes. Then toss well till crisp. Remove from heat and transfer to a bowl.

Mix in the lemon juice, garnish with chopped coriander leaves. Serve hot with your favourite tea or coffee and enjoy!
