Black Urud Dal Sweet Kanji

Take all the needed ingredients. Add 1cup water to jaggery and melt it,filter it.

Dry roast black urud dal and rice,wash and soak for 3hrs.

After that transfer to the blender and grind nicely.In a heavy bottom pan,add 2 cup of water,bring it to boil.

Once it's started boiling add grinded urud dal paste,pinch of salt,mix it. While adding it mix well without lumps.

Then keep the flame on sim and cover and cook. Within 7mins it cooked completely. It's thickens.

Then add jaggery syrup,mix well. Again cover and cook for 3 more mins.

Now add cardamom Powder,dry ginger powder and grated coconut,mix well. Serve hot.

That's it. It's delicious. Our healthy Black Urud Dal Kanji is ready.
