Dry Roast semolina on low flame until aromatic and light golden.

Remove and keep aside

In a heavy bottom pan heat ghee.Add mustard seeds and let them splutter.Then add cumin seeds, urad dal, chana dal and cashews along with curry leaves.

Add green chillies ginger and carrot. Saute till carrot turns soft.Sprinkle turmeric and stir.

Add three cups of water and bring it to a boil.Add salt to taste.

Lower the flame. Slowly add the roasted rava while continuously stirring to prevent lumps till the mixture thickens.

Cover and cook for 2 minutes.

Turn off the heat. Add lemon juice if needed and serve.
