Deseed Jamun.

Blend in Mixer Grinder by adding 1/2 cup Water. Blend till smooth.

Cook the pulp by adding salt + sugar, cook for 4-5 minutes, mixture thickens and keep aside.

Add milk powder to milk and mix well, put to flame and wait for a boil.
Cook under medium flame for 6-7 minutes by adding sugar, gradually milk thickens. - 5
Whisk Hung curd, add to Jamun pulp and whisk well.

Now add this curd Jamun mixture to thickened milk and stir gently. Add the mixture to thickened milk while its warm. Final mixture is ready.Pour the ready mixture to setting bowls and keep in warm place for 13 - 15 hours as its rainy season now.

Refrigerate for 3 - 4 hours and then it is ready to serve.
