Steps

Wash Banana Flower, chop Onion and keep aside.

Finely chop Banana Flower and steam for few minutes. Boil Potato and keep aside.

In heated pan add Oil, allow to heat then add Onion + ginger and saute for few seconds, then add Banana Flower and sauté for few seconds. Add red chilli powder + Turmeric powder + salt + garam masala powder and sauté for few minutes more. Banana Flower is cooked.

Add cooked Banana Flower to mashed Potato and mix very well.

Make Tikki from mixture, make a medium slurry of corn flour and dip each Tikk in slurry and coat with Bread Crumbs. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.

Heat sufficient Oil, then deep fry Tikkis till golden brown.

Tikkis are done, serve Hot Hot.
