Monsoon Special Corn Pakoda

Take a mixer pot. Add Garlic,ginger and green chilli pieces and crush it. Afer that add corn kernels and pulse it 2-3 times.

Now take out mixture in a bowl. Add besan,rice flour,coriander powder, cumin seeds powder, black pepper powder, red chilli flakes, asafoetida and mix well.

Heat the oil. Drop pakoda in it. Fry both sides and take them out. Drain excess oil and corn pakoda is ready to serve.

Serve hot with chutney/Tomato Sauce or simple hot tea.
