Green chilli - garlic mixture : Take oil & butter in a small pan.Heat it & switch off the flame. Add green chillies & garlic. Mix. Now switch on the flame. Saute till light pink in color & aroma comes. Switch off the flame & keep aside.

Take a bowl. Add grated potatoes, carrots, onion, corn, capsicum, two types of cheese & paneer. Add coriander chutney & salt. Mix very well.

Add chopped coriander & mix.Now take 2 bread slices on a chopping board. Remove crust & apply butter on them.On 1 slice,press 2 tbsp of stuffing on it with the back of a spoon. Cover it with another buttered slice & cut into triangle as shown below.👇

Make the batter (recipe given below). Take 1 triangle & dip it in the batter.Cover the triangle very well on all sides with the batter.Lift it gently with the help of a fork, so all the extra batter will drip off. Drop it gently in the hot oil.

Deep fry the pakora in hot oil on medium flame till golden brown in colour. Drain. Remove in a plate & serve immediately with tomato ketchup. Make all the bread pakoras the same way. Enjoy a road side snack made healthy & welcome the Mumbai Monsoon.
