Mash boiled potatoes and add salt, mix it well. Crush green chilli and ginger.

Wash carrot make cut, add green peas and carrot in a mixture jar. Crush coarsely. Grate beetroot.

Heat oil in kadai. Add asafoetida, add crushed chill ginger paste, saute it well, add carrot and peas. Mix it well.

Cook crushed veggies for 2 minutes. Add grated beetroot and salt. Cook for 3 minutes.

Add red chilli powder, cumin coriander powder, garam masala, dry mango powder and sugar, cook for 1 minutes. Mix all spices well. Add rice flour, mix properly.

Add chopped green coriander and let the mixture cool.

Make small size ball, cut brown bread round shape.

Spread butter and green chutney on cut bread, spread vegetable mixture properly. Make vegetable sandwich.

Roast sandwich on tawa. Spread butter. Make crispy vegetable sandwich. Serve with tomato ketchup. Children will enjoy with delicious sandwich.
