Steps

Make the ingredients ready. Remove the chana skin and crush them in a chilli cutter.(Make sure here we don't want chana to become Powder form, it is supposed to be crushed.)

Add jaggery in a nonstick pan. When the jaggery melts and becomes fluffy,add ghee and mix. After that add little water and switch off the gas.

Now add crushed chana and cardamom powder. Mix quickly,then transfer the mixture in a greased thali. Lavel it and let it cool down.

After that make square marks on the Chikki. When the chikki is set completely, remove it from the thali. Arrange in a serving plate. Enjoy Gud ki Chikki. It's a power house of nutrition.
