Wash the Karele or Bitter gourd and peel the skin, cut in roundels

In a bowl add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, ginger powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, chaat masala powder, salt and mix well, add the cut Karele and mix well

In a wok heat oil and add the marinated Karele and fry on medium flame, fry until crispy and flip sides, fry and set aside on a kitchen towel

Serve with steamed rice or as is and enjoy crispy Bitter Gourd or Kurkure Karele
