We harvested nearly 200 juicy peaches from our tree. shared them with friends, neighbors and family. Used the delicious peaches in several recipes including this one. peaches have low glycemic index. good for heart health, weight management, healthy skin and immune functions. though not completely gluten free, the recipe has less all purpose enriched flour and mor barley flour #MYH #peach #fireless #diabetes friendly

    • Use smaller peaches and monitor portion size if you're closely watching blood sugar levels
