Crispy Corn - A perfect snack for rainy evening

Remove the kernels from the cob and boil them.

Strain it and add red chilli powder, black pepper powder,chat masala and salt. Mix it well.

Also add maida, corn flour and rice flour. Give it a good mix so all the kernels get evenly coated.

Heat oil and fry it till crispy and golden in colour. Let it it rest for 5 mins.

In a pan, heat oil and add chopped garlic and chilli ginger paste. Saute for some seconds,add onion and capcicum, saute. Add all the sauces.

Mix it. Add fried corn, give it a toss.

Serve it with your desired garnishing and enjoy hot crispy corn on a rainy evening.
