First take one bowl sprouts grind mixer roughly.

Then take a bowl add crushed sprouts then add chopped onion and IP and 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp red chilli powder 1 tsp garam Masala and lemon juice turmeric powder and dry roasted besan mix well.

And make soft dough. Then take some portion of dough and make tikki and fry it till Brown both sides.

Now high protein paneer speouts tikki is ready. Transfer to a serving plate and decorate with green chilli and serve with masala curd. Enjoy!!!
