    Clean and peel 15 prawns.

    Crop the garlic cloves.

  3. 3

    Boil the water. Add salt. Add pasta and cook for 6 minutes.

  4. 4

    Add olive oil to sauce pan. Cook the prawns for 1 to 2 minutes until brown. Remove from pan and set aside.

    Prepare the sauce. Use the same sauce pan. Cook the cropped garlic until brown. Add some white wine. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes

    Add the pasta directly to the sauce pan with a little bit of pasta water. Add pepper and parsley. Cover. Cook for 6 minutes.

    Add the prawns and cook for 1 to 2 minutes.

  8. 8

    Plate the pasta and serve with some Parmesan cheese.
