Then add oil to the frypan.Once the oil is hot add panchforan, bay leaves,red chilli and green chilli.Then fry the carrot in the oil with potatoes.Then give the boil chana dal to the raw water.

Dal gravy will drop down if it is thick.Chana dal is ready.

Then add oil to the frypan.When the oil is hot add the egg with turmeric powder, salt and fry it

Then give panchforan and red chilli.Then add the chopped onion, chopped tomato.When the onion tomatoes are fried the turmeric powder will give the cumin powder and red chilli.If the spices are cooked give water.Then give the egg and cover it with the lid.After 10minutes you will open the lid if the mixture is dense, remove it.

Egg curry is ready.Serve with Rice chana dal,egg curry,papad fry and salad.Plate and enjoy.
