This is a classic spiced Indian potato paratha made from boiled potatoes popular in Punjab.
Traditionally these paratha are cooked in ghee & had with a dollap of butter.

Steps

Knead wheat dough by taking 2 cups wheat flour, 2 tsp oil, 1/2 tsp salt & 1 cup water.

In a large mixing bowl take 2 boiled & mashed potatoes.

Add red chilli powder, chopped onion, turmeric powder,cumin powder, ajwain, ginger paste, chopped coriander leaves, salt & mix well.

Pinch a ball sized wheat dough & dust with some wheat flour. Roll it in a circle, then stuff the potato stuffing in the middle by making a hole & roll slightly thick.

Fry the paratha with ghee still golden brown Serve hot with kashmiri dum aloo.

Kashmiri dum aloo- It is made by derp frying the baby potatoes until they are golden brown & crispy & then shimmering them in a yogurt based mild spiced gravy.
