Wash the fish, then boil for 5 minutes with vinegar and salt. Then cool it, and remove the bones and smash it.

Roast sattu for 2 minutes. Then keep aside. Now take a chopping jar add onion, tomato, ginger, garlic and green chillies, chopped finely. Take a kadai add oil, the add chopped vegetables. Saute for 3 minutes.

Then add spices, saute it 2 minutes add smashed fish mix well. When the fish bad smell vanished add gram flour and salt. Mix well and continously stirring. Then add lemon juice, mix everything well. Remove the stuffing and keep aside.

In a mixing bowl add rice flour, cornflour, red chilli powder and salt. Mix well add water. Make a thick batter. In another plate take Maggie, crush it. Add red chilli powder and chat masala. Mix well.

Now shape the cutlet into oval or square. Coat evenly into batter then Maggie and deep fry. Remove the cutlet and fix stick in the fried cutlet. Serve with sauce.
